The MILIZVERBAND Österreich (also named as „we“, „us“, „our“) provides this website as a platform for prayers across all denominations, countries and cultures to pray for peace. Despite its name the usage of this platform is open to all people, regardless of them being soldiers or not, as long as they believe in peace and the necessary to pray for it. The MILIZVERBAND Österreich supports the ideals of a peaceful society and peace between all nations and denominations. In accordance to this we want to give people the possibility to share their prays for peace with the world.
Age requirements
By accessing to this platform, you confirm that you’re at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are old enough to access our services but you are not old enough to consent to our terms, your parent or guardian must agree to our terms on your behalf. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your kid to access and/or use this platform, then these terms also apply to you and you’re responsible for your kids activity on the services.
Our Service
The MILIZVERBAND Österreich provides the platform www.SoldiersPrayingForPeace.eu for your usage. The platform is constantly developing, so new features may be added or old features will be removed. We cannot guarantee that there will not be an outage or change to the services, and your content may not be retrievable due to such outages or changes. The MILIZVERBAND Österreich is not liable for any such outages or service changes.
The content
„Your content” in these terms, are all the things you add to this platform, in any way (e.g. upload, post, share, or stream). This includes but is not limited to text, links, photos, videos, documents, or other media. You have no obligation to add content to the platform. But if you add content to the platform, you are responsible for any of your content, and we are not responsible for others’ use of your content. The platform is public, and if you share content within it, that content may be accessed by people you do not know.
You are responsible for your content, your content remains yours. If you add content to our platform, make sure it is not protected by any intellectual property rights you do not own or infringes others personal rights. The use of this platform is open to all people, as long as they identify with our value of a peaceful society and peace between all nations and denominations. This platform is not ment to be political. The MILIZVERBAND Österreich will not allow or tolerate content or behaviour that contradicts the purpose of this platform or the values behind it, especially we will not tolerate:
- Hate speech
- Support of war, war crimes or lethal force against civilians
- Political statements and political propaganda
- infringing anyone else’s intellectual property rights
- bullying
- spamming
- violating the criminal laws of Austria as well as the criminal laws of other countries
- infringing others (e.g. fallen soldiers or civilians, prisoners of war) personal rights
- disrespecting the human dignity of fallen, wounded or sick, or missing soldiers or prisoners of war as protected by the 1949 Geneva Conventions and its 1977 Protocols
The MILIZVERBAND Österreich will moderate this platform and will take efforts to ensure that content or behaviour violating the laws or these terms and conditions is removed or stopped as fast as possible. Due to all efforts the MILIZVERBAND Österreich is not liable if content violating the laws or these terms and conditions is not deleted instantly. As a further step the MILIZVERBAND Österreich will include a service enabling every user to report content or behaviour violating the laws or these terms and conditions. We encourage the community strongly to be part of our ideas of a platform for prays for peace from around the world so be part of it and help us to keep this platform free of content violating the laws or these terms and conditions.
When you add content to this platform, your name and your country of residence will be seen by others. By using this platform to add content you agree that your name and country of residence will be seen under your added content. If you do not agree to this, please do not add any content.
Deleting content
Your content is yours, you may delete it whenever you wish. The MILIZVERBAND Österreich reserves the right to delete content violating the laws, these terms and conditions or is conducting the purpose of this platform and the values behind it, without announcement or the obligation to justify the deletion.
Liability
The MILIZVERBAND Österreich is neither liable for the content added to this platform nor if content violating the laws or these terms and conditions is not deleted immediately.
